Pranayam Exercise: 4/4 Breath for Energy. It helps to balance the physical, mental and emotional bodies while both energizing and relaxing you.

Warm Up Exercises: These are exercises to warm up the spine, condition the body and prepare yourself for meditation.

Kirtan Kriya Meditation: This meditation brings a total mental balance to the individual psyche. Vibrating on each fingertip alternates the electrical polarities. It balances the electromagnetic field to strengthen our projection. This meditation connects us to the cycle of Creation and clears karma.
